Last Thursday was Aspens last day of gymnastic,

for the Summer anyways. we are now

doing Soccer. Aspen is such a good sport.

As everyone knows, Grandma Jan spoils Aspen.

Weather its clothes, books, toys, treats, games or just lots of

attention. Aspen loves it. Trent and I think its too much.

We asked his parents to stop. We feel like Aspen has to work/earn

such things. Grandpa Tony came up with an amazing

idea, its called granny bucks. Any time Aspen does

something to help Grandpa or Grandma she can earn

some of these Granny bucks. After Aspen has

earned so many she can buy something from

Grandmas stash of goodies.

Aspen just stared Soccer. Kids sports are so fun, so

long as the parents aren't freaks about winning.

My mom threw Hyrum a graduation

party. Hyrum is graduating from U.V.U,

we are all so proud of him.

Do you remember the skirts I made Aspen

for her birthday? Well, here she is modeling one

of them. (I think its a lot cuter with white tights

but they were dirty.)

Let me tell you about my Saturday. I cleaned

up the dog poop, mowed the lawn, showered,

visited with my aunts and mom, did dishes,

cleaned my house, made banana bread, did laundry,

bathed Aspen, went to my in laws for dinner and games.

Did I mention I also ran a half marathon that morning?
