First day of Second Grade!!!

Doesn't she look so grown up and beautiful?
Aspen and I were both excited for
school to start. In fact, I was really
excited :-)

Sponge Curlers

Before and after pictures. I have a little practice
before I get it just right.

Swimming with Dad

I could not turn this picture for the life of me, sorry.
Trent actually went swimming with us!!!
Raider is a daddy's boy all the way, I don't even
exist when Trent is around. Trent took
some pictures of me/my chest. That is why I
cannot post them. My mother would say
it was pornography.
As I was making dinner, I heard Aspen laughing.
When I went to see what was so funny, this is what I saw.
Raider dresses as a girl. This is not the first time.
Poor Raider.

Even though I love the Scera Pool, this is the one and only
time we went. Its hard for me to make the twenty minute
drive and pay money to swim when I know Raider
will only last a little while. Plus, my friend and
Aunt have a pool I can go to for free.

Hanging out at my friends pool.

My kids learn at a very young age that they
must stay hydrated at all times. I am always
pushing water down my kids throats.
Every time we go to the store Aspen asks
for some press on nails. Finally, I got her some.
Aspen felt so fancy with those things on but
quickly learned nails + gymnastics dont work.

Bangs!!! The story... One day Aspen was playing with gum
and it got in her hair. I told her I would try to get it out
but I might have to cut it. As soon as we got inside, Aspen just
chopped the gum out before I even had a chance to try and get it out.
Her hair had a funky spot (look at pictures above) so we
decided to get bangs for school to hide the damage.
