That Last OF Summer

School has started and Fall is on its way!!!

Aspen and Raider wanted to play in the sun

before it gets too cold.....

After a long hot run, Baby Ray and I 

went for a refreshing smoothie!!!

Summer is ending

 We went to Lagoon for Trents work

party. Raider and I did a lot of sitting,

watching others and eating,

 Raider loves holding baby Madden

Kim and I training for the St. George Marathon!!!

Knee Replacement

My dad had his left knee replaced!!!

The surgery went well but it will

be a long recovery. So far, he is doing great.
