My family had a busy week with Tyson leaving on his mission. ( Don't worry, my "Tyson" page will come later). It was fun to watch Aspen playing with my cousins kids like we use to play.

Hiking Timp Cave

For the 24th of July Trent and I headed up the canyon with Trents family. Of coarse we hiked the cave. Aspen walked every step of it. She kept saying "I think I can, I know I can". I was so proud of her.

Lizzy the lizard

Long story short: Trent went to the sand dunes for the day and came home with Aspens new pet. I love it because, This is just so Trent and it makes me smile. I'm actually surprised he didn't catch one sooner. Lizzy the giant lizard lives on the top of Aspens dresser. Are we white trash or what? Aspen watching Lizzy from the top bunk of her bed. Aspen loves Lizzy and even lets the lizard eat out her hand.

Natures Magic

Trent and I planted a garden, we really enjoy the fruits of our labor. Our Favorites have been the peas and potatoes. We also planted, carrots, radishes, pumpkins, squash, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Some of the garden. Our pumpkins are taking over.

I just thought this was cool, a camera doesn't do it justice. It was just a spiders web on our lawn with dew on it. When Aspen and I walked outside we saw something shinny, this is what we found.

Loving the bike

Aspen and I went on a bike ride to Grandma Jans house. Aspen was such a trooper. I wasn't sure if she could go that far, it took us forty minutes to get there and thirty-five to get home. Aspen loves her bike and I love that she loves to be active.

More Pool

I promise I do more then go to the pool. Taking pictures of me working, running and cleaning is not as fun.

This is a goofy picture of Aspen but I had to post it. Sometimes Aspen gets in her own little world and just plays pretend. In this picture she was making knee and elbow pads so she could go on uncle Tysons long board.

No cavities!!!

We are grateful for dental insurance. Aspen has gone to the dentist every six months since she was two. She has never had a cavity. I know shes young but with all the sugar out their kids are getting cavities younger and younger.

More Camping

Trent, Aspen, Lindsey and Diesel. This time we went camping with Trents side of the family.

My family is small so its all about Aspen, sorry if you get bored. Here is my beautiful baby girl (yes, she is my baby) with a butterfly. Aspen loves birds and butterflies so Trent caught this for her. In the meantime he hurt the butterfly and it couldn't fly, Aspen just thought it wanted to play with her. I love how it matched her shirt. Yellow is a happy color.
