a little family dinner.

My mom hosted an adults only

Valentines Day dinner, It was so

fun to eat, play games, and talk

with no kids around!!! This is

a must repeat kind of party.

How Do Drinks Effect Your Teeth?

Aspen put her really baby teeth into

a cup of water, milk, orange juice,

coke, and red bull. She then

watched and documented how

each tooth was effected. 

Raider

 Strep Throat has struck our 

house again.

Raider won the "no cavity"

award at his dentist. They mailed him

a $25 gift card to Toys R Us.

He picked out a light saber.

In the evening, We had extended 

family over for cake and ice cream.

I told Aspen to pick a few friends and one activity.

Aspen and her three friends got pedicures and

then Costa Vida for dinner. It 

was small, fun and perfect
