Last year I swore I would not go to another
dance festival but Trent made me go this year.
I will have to admit this one was much better. The
weather was better, Trent was there and it was more
organized. Aspen danced to "foot loose" and had
to wear crazy socks.

This is her Teacher, Mrs. Ash. Aspen and I will
both miss her. She is an amazing Teacher.
Kaitlin is one of Aspens good friends. They were
just being silly and wanted a random picture.
This handsome guy turned 29 on Saturday the 26th.
Since we live in reality, we didn't do anything too
exciting. The day started off with me going to work.
Trent did wake up to a candy bar poster, gift
card to Cabelas and some stuffed french toast.
During the afternoon we picked up dog poop, weeded
the garden, and mowed the lawn. When evening
finally came around, We went to dinner ALONE!! After
a nice dinner we went hat shopping. Too bad Trent has a little
head, it makes it hard to find the perfect hat. He ended up get two
youth-size hats. Then we brought Aspen home some ice cream
and were in bed by eight. Yep, I said eight.
Kim and I have been friends since I was seven, we have been
running together since I was in 9th grade. Here we are on
a torch run to kick off the special Olympics.

Mothers Day...I am so blessed to have so many
wonderful women in my life.

Aspen put on a Mothers day scavenger hunt
for her Grandmas, let me tell ya, it was fun...
So fun that I talked her out of doing it for my mom.

All the first graders in Aspens school had a field trip to the zoo.
Each class needed four moms to help. I so badly did not want to go.
1. I knew watching five kids at the zoo would not be easy
2. The zoo is overrated
3. We were not the only school going, talk about busy
4. No other kids could come, meaning, Raider would have to
be at daycare all day on my day off.
5. I had to ride the bus.
As you can tell, I went. I had to push my feelings aside.
If I didnt go, Aspen didnt go. I was not about
to send my seven year old to the zoo with some crazy mom
I didnt know. These are the only pictures I took, I was to busy
making sure I had all five of the kids with me.

Provo City Half Marathon, my first one of the
season. 1:51:59 = best time since I had Raider.

Aspen is playing soccer with her friend Landon this year.
The two of them are having a "ball"!!!

We have a lot of lady bug around one of our trees.
Aspen found a baby one and insisted I take a picture.
Later in the day Aspen came inside bawling, come
to find out, she thinks our dog ate the baby lady bug.
Poor heart-broke Aspen, this event was hard for her.
Aspen, we love you so much.
