My amazing running partner, Alison, and I ran
the Provo River Half Marathon. We both did great.
My time was 1:47:46 = an 8.14 minute mile.
Alison finished in 1:45:52= an 8.05 minute mile. Alison
and I really push, motivate, encourage and inspire each other.
Maybe I can keep up with her on the next one :-)
