Turkey Trot

 No better way to start off Thanksgiving

then to run a four mile race/half mile kids race.

 One of my best friends, Kim, and I ran the

four mile Turkey Trot. Both our girls

ran the kids race.

 My Stats-32 minutes and 10 seconds=

an 8 minute 2 second mile. My goal was

30 minutes so I am kind of sad about my time

 but I will get it next year.

I placed 137/483, I was 6th in my age group.

Aspens Stats for the half mile- 5 min. & 58 sec.

I am one proud mama. I hope this is the first 

of many races for Aspen.
