Usually I run a 10k race, but, this year, Tyson and I
went for a bike ride up the beautiful Provo Canyon.
The ride was amazing except for the fact that I got
cut off by a car at Nuns Park. I hit a rock and flipped over
my bike. I was fine but my biked needed a tune-up.
